The upper living area has a covered terrace and balcony on the second floor with wonderful views of the valley and the surrounding vineyards and olive grove. The upper living area can comfortably accommodate 2 people and has 1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
The lower living area is equipped with 2 spacious and characterful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a cozy reading niche.
This part of the apartment is also barrier-free for guests with reduced mobility.
In the inner courtyard there is a cozy double room in the old vault. Adjacent to the room there is a separate toilet with washbasin.
The room is furnished with two single beds and can be accessed via the inner courtyard. It can be connected to any living area.
The inner courtyard connects both parts of the house and invites you to linger in its cozy corners.
Whether enjoying an aperitif in the grotto or a barbecue in a large group, the inner courtyard garden offers everything you could wish for. A spacious barbecue and accessories are available.
The 6 x 12 meter heated swimming pool with a view of the valley is embedded in the spacious grounds. Swim with a view of the olive grove, take a stroll through the vineyard or explore the meadows and woods that belong to the house.
The house stands alone on a south-facing slope with a view of the Vallée de la Cèze and offers peace, privacy and plenty of space on 11 hectares.
